Nate Heaps's Bio:

Nate Heaps began his real estate career when he was 21, and dove in head first and purchased 10 rental properties in Utah. He held on to them for several years, and eventually sold them off to other investors. He then traveled the U.S. buying properties from government tax sales for different companies, and within a few short years, he had purchased several thousand properties across the country. While he was doing this, he took the time to mentor over 10,000 people in purchasing properties through government tax sales and foreclosures. When the market crashed in 2006-2007, Nate Heaps jumped into the foreclosure arena and started purchasing foreclosures mostly in the Midwest and Southeast of the U.S. Over the years, he has been involved in purchasing well over 3,500 properties and learned a lot in the process.  Right now Nate is only focused on a few select markets because of the high cash flow the properties produce.  The prices are low and the rental demand is extremely high in these select markets.  Nate and his teams completely renovate the properties and lease them up to long term tenants.  He sells turnkey and wholesale properties to those looking for high cash flow investment properties to supliment for retirement.  They all come with a professional local property management company in place to manage the property for you, and they also come with a 1 year 3rd party home warranty policy.     The Family Housing Alliance has closed its Fund I which is chartered to acquire HUD properties that qualify for Section 8 voucher rent reimbursement for deserving citizens such as single mothers and the elderly. The Fund acquires, rehabs, and rents these single-family and multi-family homes in cities throughout the USA. The focus will now be to pursue investment in Fund II. These real estate notes provide a secured 8% interest plus participation in the equity when the property is sold.
